Conclusion:

If you’ve ever had a pre-workout and it made your skin itch or crawl, it was probably the beta-alanine in it. Some people seem to be more sensitive to the crawling skin feeling but consistently taking this seems to have lessened that effect on me.

I do really like this product, I am out of other supplements and pre-workouts, but I’m using this supplement still and I am having great workouts.

Overall I give this product a 5/5.

I used the unflavored version, which mixes great with everything I’ve tried. Since I do not have any other pre-workout, I like to mix the beta in with some juice while I’m taking other pills/multi vitamins.

Disclaimer: Supplements are made to help supplement your lifestyle. If you do not have a decent diet and workout routine already in place, this is not going to be a miracle muscle growth formula.
