Dosing Directions
Tape 2 capsules twice daily, with 12 ounces of water; once first thing in the morning and once in the afternoon. On Point can be taken on an empty stomach or with food. Taking last dosage after 4:00 pm may interfere with sleep in caffeine sensitive individuals
Conclusion:
On Point isn’t full of a bunch of stims and it definitely doesn’t have any hidden ingredients and “special blends” like a lot of supplements do. Overall I am satisfied with the product.
You have enough kick in the pants from the caffeine that you can stay going on a calorie deficit and the ingredients used is a good blend.
Once I’m out, I will be purchasing another bottle.
Overall I give this product a 4.5/5.
The price is a little steep and the coupon code will help with the cost. (note: I don’t get any kick backs for this) The premium product doesn’t have any nasty thermogenics that will make you sweat and shake, it’s a subtle yet strong supplement meant to help burn fat and keep you going in a calorie deficit.
