Before I knew anything about weight loss, I spent a lot of money on supplements that promised to melt the fat off. This product states it promotes energy and stamina while helping control cravings. Below is my review on this product.

Overall I give this product a 4/5.

Shred Matrix by Muscle Pharm claims to promote energy and stamina while helping control cravings. I feel that they did a decent job in giving energy and somewhat controlling cravings.

I had this product over a year ago and I remember vividly how I felt from this product. At the time I was somewhat tolerant to stimulants, but I still felt a bit of energy from this supplement. The cravings for food did go away, partly from whatever is in the supplement, and partly to the fact I seemed to run a lot hotter; I don’t feel like eating when I’m hot so it was effective.

Along with added heat, my face seemed to be flushed a lot and as I said I was running hot. At the time I worked a warehouse job and I stayed on my feet working hard so I do not know if that had anything to do with it.

I did have a decent diet and exercise routine going and I noticed results. I am about to work on cutting more weight again and I think I may try this supplement out again. This time I will record everything and write another review now that I am able to train more efficiently and I know quite a bit more about nutrition.

I would recommend this product to friends and I am going to try this product again.
