Product Review: Rich Piana 5% Nutrition All Day You May

Before we begin on this product review, check out the rest of the Rich Piana’s 5% Nutrition line that I reviewed:

Rich Piana’s supplement company 5% Nutrition has a product called All Day You May and it is a BCAA supplement.

BCAAs support muscle growth because of their muscle sparing properties, help you keep from having an amino acid deficiency, and helps support your immune system.

I like BCAAs because most of them taste good enough that I can sip on some during the day instead of a sugary drink when I get tired of bland ass water.

What’s in Rich Piana 5% Nutrition All Day You May?

Now that you know what All Day You May is, check out what’s in it.

Conclusion

While I am a fan of trying new BCAAs just to see what type of flavor they can come up with… I was excited to try this one out because I was so happy with Rich’s Real Food supplement.

Overall I like this supplement and I think it provides a lot of value coming in around $38 bucks at I’ll Pump You Up.

The flavor I got was fruit punch and I’ll have to say it is a refreshing flavor. I did not notice much of a “medicine-ish” aftertaste like I have on some BCAAs. As a matter of fact it tasted like the Hawaiian Punch’s Fruit Punch without all the heavy sugars in it. I could honestly drink that over some ice for dinner and be happy about it.

The way it mixed was great… I didn’t have any crap at the bottom of my shaker and the only problem I noticed was I had a lot of foam at the top which eventually went away.

What I didn’t like was the fact it uses “proprietary blends” which is a common practice with most supplement companies. There’s nothing wrong with them, it’s just you never know exactly how much of what you’re getting. I’m sure the way most companies prepare their supplements is very precise and you could figure out about how much you get, the prop blends always concern me.

Would the prop blends keep me from buying this? No.

Like I said, this is something that many companies do and it did not surprise me to see they used it. They seem to use quality products and I would be open to using these as my main supplements.

tldr: I recommend this supplement because it has a quality selection of ingredients and a great flavor.

    1. No, what I’ve put is directly from the bottle. It’s sweetened with Sucralose so 0 sugars or carbs from sugars. I don’t believe there are any carbs, it’s simple BCAAs and some stuff to help absorption.

      Hope this helps!

    2. No problem. I actually turned one of my empty bottles into a little hydroponic lettuce pot haha. Works perfect.

    1. It doesn’t say on the packaging or website – I’m wanting to lean more towards 0.. but since it doesn’t say – I cannot give a definitive answer.

    1. Thanks for sharing Jay. I thought it was 0 cal but I couldn’t find the info – didn’t want to watch the video again hah.

    1. I do too. I think some people have more sensitive stomachs where taking it while you eat makes them queezy. I’ve never had an issue with it either.
