Product Review: Hydramino by Muscle and Strength

Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are one of my favorite supplements because they taste good. They also do not have any stimulants so you can drink as much as you want regardless of how useful this supplement is, which I will get to that in a minute.

You can buy the BCAAs and many more supplements at Muscle and Strength’s store here.

Conclusion:

Overall I give this product a 5/5.

Before you jump in and tell me “BCAAs are a waste of money and if you eat a well-balanced diet of whole foods that you do not need BCAAs,” I want to say I agree with you on that statement.

The reason I do like BCAAs are because many people do not eat enough whole foods and lack some of the most essential amino acids in their diet because of this.

BCAAs are very popular in my book because it is a healthy flavored drink replacement. Drinking water is fine, but every once in a while, you want some flavor in your drink, so instead of going with a soda, sugary drink, or something with loads of aspartame in it, I recommend drinking a BCAA shake. It doesn’t hurt to get extra amino acids into your body since you will urinate the excess out. You are able to drink a tasty and healthy beverage and not feel guilty about it.

I’ve had the blue raspberry flavor which is the bottle pictured in the article, and it tastes great. Play around with the water to powder ratio, it has some sweetness to it so if you add in a little extra water it seemed to make it a bit more enjoyable to me. Mixes perfect and is a great supplement!
