  1. Hey Cutty just lookin around trying to figure out who you are and where you’ve got you knowledge and experience…just like to know who I’m learning from is all I’ve been a gym rat for around 10 years now love your website just would like to know more about you

    1. Anything in specific you would like to know?
I’ve been training for 5 years, about 8 months of that I was out due to an ankle surgery and other breaks in between but I’ve held a pretty consistent schedule for those years. I take a solid approach to training and progressing that I’ve learned through experience under the bar and from lifters such as Steve Shaw, Brian Carroll, Jonathan Byrd, Roger Ryan, Clint Darden, Jason Blaha, and other less-known lifters who all tout the same principles.
Everything I write about is something I’ve personally dealt with and not just simply read in a science journal to spout facts and make myself appear smart; I’ve gone through it and I understand it. I’ve indirectly helped hundreds of people through this website, emails, and social media contact with their form, progression, help with their nutrition, and motivation. I’m by no means elite and I do have my flaws, but I feel I am pretty open about all of that in my writing.
The gym and powerlifting has (quite literally) saved my life by keeping me out of the streets and keeping my suicidal tendencies stuffed down. Nothing helps alleviate hate for yourself like a heavy squat or deadlift. Thank you for your kind words, I am glad to hear you enjoy the website. If you have any specific questions just ask or if you have any suggestions for the site let me know!

  2. I was looking at your ct fletcher workout guide and I’m really impressed. I want to go a little deeper though. I want to kno what days he trains what body parts on and how many sets and reps he’s doing. I’m tired of all of the conventional ways of how to lift. I want to give his workout a try. I’ve read about some of the moves he does but only problem is I only have dumbbells and no access to a gym. I have the powerblock u90. I’m just trying to figure out the best way get gains. I’ve done the body beast workout but I’m looking for something more challenging

    1. Sorry for the slow response,

I can’t get ahold of CT, the contact numbers I have are dead ends but I would like to suggest trying my dumbbell only workout that I wrote. It should help you build muscle and get stronger. Let me know what you think

  3. Hello!

My name is Roman Winter and I am a freelance writer, writing on behalf of Monkey Nutrition. I was wondering whether it would be possible to include a guest post on behalf of them and whether you would be interested? I look forward to hearing back from you and thank you for your time.

  5. I was looking around for info on Champion Nutrition (which is now Champion Performance) and came across your review of one of their products. I was impressed. I used to enjoy their Heavyweight Gainer product (it tasted great). Anyway, I’m trying to get back into a workout routine after being out of it for awhile and looking at supplements again. Can you suggest a workout program or do you have one for someone with a Powertec Workbench?

  6. Hi there, how do I subscribe to your site? Do you have an email subscription or RSS feature? I can’t find links to either. Thanks.

    1. http://www.cuttystrength.com/feed/ is going to be the RSS. I have been having trouble keeping up with earning money to keep everything going so I do not have my newsletter up and running right now. I do apologize and I am going to do my best in getting all of that back going again. Thank you for wanting to be a follower!

  8. Just checked out the website. I have been bodybuilding and lifting for about 17 yrs, since I was 12. I really enjoyed the information on here; most of it I can definitely relate to which is great. A lot of the little tips and things are on here that I don’t see a lot of other people mention. Great website! How do I sign up for email blasts and all that? I’d love to stay in the loop! I really enjoyed the site.

    1. Jake, thanks for the kind words. I stopped the mailing list at the moment, I’ll be working on getting that set back up soon and I’ll be sure to get the information to you!

  9. Hi there, my name is Ray. I was browsing through your site and love the content. Is there any opportunity to buy ad space on your site for a ketogenic supplement? Look forward to hearing back from you soon!
